Booking your Stay
Daily and weekly stays can be booked using our online booking system. For monthly stays and park specials, you need to call 813-645-7860 to receive the discounted prices. Below are our current starting rates for 2026/2027. Your final rate is determined at the time of booking.
RV Site Rates*
All sites are full hook up, 30/50 amp.
- Daily RV Sites - starting at $59 per day
- Weekly RV Sites - starting at $349 per week
- Monthly RV Rates - starting at $799 per month
- Annual RV Rates - starting at $779 per month *
*Monthly rate will increase during season
Boat & RV Storage
- $79.00 < 20ft per month
- $99.00 < 30ft per month
- $129.00 < 40ft per month
- $149.00 > 40ft per month
Discounts
- Passport America: ½ Price (2-day max). Energy Charge $7.00 per day, $10 Seasonal Charge
- Good Sam: 10% off Daily Rate
- Moffit Patients: $20 off Daily Rate, up to 6 days.
- Above Discounts are Applied to Daily Rates Only
Additional Details & Guidelines
- Check in: 3PM / Check out: 11AM
- All rates are priced at double occupancy
- Daily and weekly rates include electric - rates and availability can be checked using our online booking system
- Monthly and annual rates are plus electric
- 2 pets are free /Additional pet is $5.25 per pet per day /Monthly & Annual: Additional pet $50 per month per pet
- Extra person fee: $10 per day per person / Monthly & Annual: $100 per person per month
- RVs and Park Models with washer/dryer pay $35 fee per month
- All Sales are final / In some cases a park credit may be issued
Additional fees may apply. Contact our local office about site moves, application fees for annual renters, and security deposit requirements for monthly stays or longer.

2 Pets Are Free!
Sun Lake RV Park is a great place for both you and your furry companions. There will be long shady walks and plenty of doggy friends to visit. There's even a community dog run where your Favorite Fido can run wild and free!
Got more than 2 pets? We have you covered! Extra pets are welcomed for an additional fee :)
